"Error to Initialize NGM," Unable to launch game.

Hello,

I've received the error message "Error to Initialize NGM."

I've disabled my antivirus program(Norton),

I've ran everything in Admin mode by selecting "Run Admin Mode" on properties.

I've restarted my computer, but it did not help.

Please help.

Just disabling antivirus doesn't help. you have to set exception for the game:

LOL.. I have Norton and I did everything you did on your post and it still did not work.
