ROLLBACK FAQ’s:
1. What will happen to the GC I used to make purchases from March 9 (10:30 CET) ?
The GC and GP you used during those dates will be refunded on your respective accounts.
2. How can I secure my account?
We highly suggest that you change your password immediately, to ensure safety of your account.
3. What will happen to my items/weapons obtained when I opened boxes?
The weapons/items you obtained during the incident dates will be wiped out on your account, and the GC you used will be refunded back to your account.
4. Are you going to revert the items/weapons I exchanged?
Yes, you will have your items/weapons you sold back, but the GP you obtained after selling them will stay on your account (Free GP).
5. Your server maintenance took too long; we lost our game time.
We apologize for this inconvenience. To compensate, we will also give rewards that you are supposed to obtain from our system events. In addition, you are also entitled to other rewards, please see your inbox.
