* Arcadia : 0.3%
* Minimum Level to Join : 60 Level
- Collect 10 "Valentine's Day Chocolate" to exchange the rewards from "NPC Wingo"
- Fixed & random rewards are obtainable
* Fixed: EXP Scroll 100%
* Random: 1 among 3 boxes
- The 10 "Valentine's Day Chocolate" used for exchange will be removed.
