Data collection for disconnection issue
Dear Dekarons,
We understand the frustration caused by the still persisting server stability issues encountered in the game. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, our team is working tirelessly to resolve these issues and ensure a smooth gaming experience for all.
This is not issue from dev/ops side. it is occurred by IDC the network maintenance process.
We are still in the process of data collection since there are lots and lots of variables that can be associated to the issues at hand.
We've made a special section in our Discord server which requests some information that will help find the cause of the problem.
