5 Easy Steps to Migrate your Account

On May 3, 2021, publishing of Dekaron will be transferred to Valofe Global Ltd. from Vertigo Games International Pte. Ltd.


[1] Step 1 Papaya Play & VFUN Log in


Sign in using your Papaya Play Dekaron account and sign in using your VFUN account.

• Register in VFUN if you do not have a VFUN account yet.
• VFUN membership is needed to play Dekaron after the Migration maintenance on May 3, 2021.
• You will need to repeat the entire process per account if you have multiple Dekaron accounts.

[2] Step 2 Agree to Transfer Private Information Data Migration will proceed once you agree to transfer your private information to VALOFE Global Ltd.

• Papaya Play Cash will not be transferred.

[3] Step 3 Check the Dekaron Account to Migrate

• Sign-in to your VFUN account to start the process of transferring your Papaya Play Dekaron data.
• Check carefully if the account being transferred is correct.

[4] Step 4 Migration Application Completed


Once Migration process has been completed, your account transfer request has been submitted.

• You can still play Dekaron on Papaya Play before the maintenance on May 3, 2021.
• After your transfer is completed, you cannot cancel or change the account to migrate.

[5] Missed transferring your account during the May 3rd Service Transfer Date?


Migration of data will still be available until Aug 2, 2021.

• After this migration period, transferring of data will no longer be available. All data not migrated by this period will be permanently deleted.
