NEW CONTENT
■ [Content Update] Character Balance Update (Black Wizard/Incar Magician)
■ Black Wizard/Incar Magician
- The MP increase value per mental stat increases.
- Magical attack power increases per mental stat.

■ Incar Magician
- Energy - The Urser Gain skill is changed in the form of a buff.
- Existing: Hit the target once, extract energy, and apply buff to yourself
- Change: 1 hit is deleted, and the buff is applied to the self even if there is no target
- Energy - The [Mastery] effect is added from level 11 or higher on the Magic Power skill.
- [ Mastery 500 ] effect is additionally applied at maximum level 15.
- In order to raise the magic power skill level 11 or higher, a meister of the [Force Master] type is required

■ Black Wizard
- Grand Meister 2nd - Casting speed of Rainier skill is reduced by 50%.
- You can use the skill faster according to the decrease in skill casting speed (action).
