I really like this event. Unfortunately after 2 months Valofe has not been able to fix my purchase error on my game. I have deleted and re downloaded the game several times. I have sent several support tickets with support saying they will resolve the issue and nothing after 2 months. I can’t purchase anything in the game including the coocoo packages. Can someone please fix this so I can purchase the event items.
