[Patch Notes]

- Dungeon Difficulty -

Added Difficulty on 2 Chapters of Sia Continent such as Hard and Hell mode.

- New Set Equipment - 1. Red Gift of Winter

Effects:

• Increases Terrain Strategy by 19% (2 pieces)
• Directional Strategy by 19% (3 pieces or Complete Set)

Availability: It can be purchased on Package Shop or Event Shop

2. Green Gift of Holiday

Effects:

• Decreases Incoming Critical Damage by 25 %. (2 pieces)
• Receives only 40% of Incoming Damage first, and then the rest at the end of the next turn.(3 pieces or Complete Set)

Availability: It can be purchased on Package Shop or Honor Shop.
2. White Gift of Happiness

Effects:

• Increases Critical Damage by 12% (Increases additionally by 8% for 1 turn with each kill) (2 pieces)
• Decreases incoming Critical Damage by 15% (Additionally decreases by 10% for 1 turn with each kill) (3 pieces or Complete Set)

Availability: It can be purchased on Package Shop or Ancient Coin Shop.

- New Upgrading Materials -

1. Balance Jade
Usage: Limit Break
Can be obtain on Chapter 1 and 2 Hard and Hell mode (Sia continent) and Package Shop.


2. Ultimate Transcendence Ticket
Usage: 6★ Equipment Transcending
Can be purchased on the following Shop:Event Coin Shop & Package Shop.

Hero Level now increased from 80 to 90.

- Known Issues -

• Missing Server Indicator on login screen for IOS devices

For the IOS players who experienced the issue where the server indicator was missing, recently, we need to wait for the approval of App Store to release the latest build. We would like to inform you that the new build to solve this issue is already approved. Kindly download the latest update from the App Store.

If there is no "Update" button on the App Store, please reinstall the game and make sure that your account is already linked to Facebook/Google/Naver to avoid data loss.

I’ve done a number of hard mode sia continent and I have received none of the balance jade. Are these broken drops?

Did somebody from Valofe tested Muhan-1 hell ????

Hong and the merchant are killed by the fox at the end of 3rd turn...
Just impossible to do...
(I'm a veteran player - Xoco from Global's FWTReddit Guild - so it's not a problem of stuff or skill, this level is just stupid... even more stupid with anti lord jauge debuff...)

Purchased Santa's Special Present II and my bank account was charged but I did not receive the items. It said purchase failed and to attempt a purchase restoration. I attempted the purchase restoration and it also failed and stated to contact support. Well the purchase transaction didn't fail for VALOFE as they still were able to withdraw the money from account. It just failed to deliver the items after the purchase. Still haven't fixed the COOCOO's gifts error either since JULY with no response or update from support.

I've had the same issue on my purchases ... have sent in multiple 1:1 inquiries ... but nothing is ever done to rectify the situation ....
