Enhance Equipment
Enhance your equipment at the cost of Gold, and its basic stats increase.
You can use the Enhance 10 Consecutive Times menu to enhance equipment quickly.
Refine Equipment
Equipment can be enhanced only so many times, depending on its quality.
If you want to enhance your equipment past its limit, then you first have to increase its quality through Refining.
Refining requires Gold and special metarials,
which can be found in the Pit of Nephthys or extracted from equipment.
Modify
Equipment gets to have random bonus stats, depending on its grade.
With Modification Stones (extracted from equipment), you can modify these stats.
Each modification randomizes all the stats of the target equipment.
If you like specific stats, then you can lock them beforehand, so they would not be modified.
