This message pops up when the network connection is unstable during Google in-app purchasing.
Please refer to the following steps to resolve the issue.
1. Device Settings > Application Manager > Google Play Store> Clear Cache
*You can also clear the 'Data' instead of 'Cache.'
2. Reboot your device and proceed to the item restoration process once you have restarted the game.
