NPC Torkus Vanholme
Torkus is the main NPC for this event. He will be the one giving you the quests and will be the one handling the event shop as well.

Location
Torkus Vanholme can be found at Hakain’s Crossing where the circle is at the map.
Exchange Item
The Forbidden Gold Ticket can be used for exchanging items in the event shop.
Event Quests
These events can be done once a day. It is also a daily quest

The Golden Opportunity – Torkus knows the needs and wants of the Riders, in fact, he knows that selling this would be illegal. Hence why he didn’t even bother to set up shop inside the kingdom.
