You can obtain these parts here. Be careful with the lurking Mecha Thief Rabbini’s though.

These tickets can be found in the Mechatronix Lucky Box. You can still buy some from Jose’s Shop if you still didn’t get the required 5 Tickets.

Find Gabriel Rabbini first before starting these next quests. He moves around Hakain’s Crossing, probably thinking how to win the Mecha Racing Event to come.
NPC Gabriel Rabbini:

The Engine Box only lasts 222 seconds due to its unstable nature. If ever it expires before you can find Gabriel Rabbini, forfeit the quest and get it again from Jose.
