Both of them can be found in the middle of the Victory Plaza and they have a set of quests that will allow you to obtain outfit sets that are not only fashionable, but they also have amazing buffs that will help you for a set amount of time. Better yet, the famous designer André will help you tame Blooming Wisteria when you accomplish her Keyword quests, which will give you Wisteria Terrariums.

André also has daily quests that will provide packages that will help Riders with their armor crafting.The daily quests are chain quests, so Riders will have to complete the daily quest they have accepted before they can unlock the next quest for the day.
André also gives a Secret Unlimited Outfit Box that contains one of her masterpieces. They are highly sought out, and if you sell them, you will be able to get the coveted André VIP Tickets, which can be used in André’s Shop. You may also keep them for yourself as they never fray~
