I opened a ticket on 22/09/2019 01:20 and never had my characters moved over.

Most probably they have alot of tickets etc, but yeah I just asked in the hope that there is still a thing moving characters from Launcher to Steam since launcher is getting slow for me these days and Steam works 10x faster in my case.
