Hi all people!!! I'm having some problem the use of Chatdesk for customer service. It's a wonderful tool platform, but I feel like I'm no longer the use of it to its complete ability. My understanding of its functions is confined and I'm now not certain how I can optimize my paintings with it. Maybe someone can proportion guidelines on the way to use this tool efficiently?
