Clan Emblem Problems

I Purchased with GP a clan emblem, made it then deleted it from my box because I wanted to change it. Now I cannot find the "Create Clan Emblem" in the shop anymore and can't get another one. Can anyone help?

I just created another and minus lot more GP, oh well. BTW, off topicly are there plans to ever show fireteam stats or give more EXP/GP for those games?
