Our sincerest apologies to everyone regarding the migration issues that some of the players experienced.
Our team together with Webzen has already made changes in the migration system.
Please secure the following before you try to migrate again:
1. Kindly make sure that all of the accounts is completely logout.
2. Please double check the Webzen account is the account you wish to migrate.
3. Kindly refrain creating new characters on your VFUN account that you will be using for migration to avoid any errors.
