Issues Regarding Character Creation, Error Code: 386, and E-Mail Verification

Update on the character creation issue after a successful transfer of your Nexon Account to your VALOFE ID.

This issue has been fixed.

We'd like to request everyone that has encountered the Create Character Issue while having their VALOFE Transfer Status Page inform them that their character or account has successfully been transferred to please repeat the transfer process again before logging into the game.

Anyone who is still having the character creation issue while having your transfer status page says that you've successfully transferred, Please send a private message to the Moderators with your VALOFE ID. Thank you!

Update:

Most of the issues have been resolved.
Reports are lessening each day.

So with this said, there is no need to fill out the Google Data Forms anymore.
You can simply Private Message a Moderator for help with one of these issues.
And we'll get straight to work on having the issue resolved!
