Why didn't we get those packages on CA Reloaded? Classic was supposed to be only CLOSED BETA since the voting didn't reach 100k.... I would like to have those packages on CA Reloaded since CA Classic is not as cool as it used to be in the past...

You find the packages in the Classic client so soon you created your character there. The accounts/characters will not be wiped out once OBT ends.
